      Pros

      - Fast-paced environment that is growing quickly - Always a lot going on: as an employee, you can be a part of so many different projects and really make an impact - You are given a lot of responsibility and can really take ownership of a project

      Cons

      - Typical start-up issues: lots of systems yet to be put in place, such as HR systems, policies, etc. - Roles and responsibilities can change quickly as where you need to focus changes
