      Pros

      Super duper intelligent coworkers! A real appreciation for design, content, and science Working on an idea that's never been done before Great culture: open communication, supportive Learn about genetics and how DNA is relevant to everyone Free food! Free snacks! Free drinks!

      Cons

      Sometimes the commute can be a pain, but as long as I listen to an interesting podcast or audiobook, it's not so bad.

      Mission-Driven, Culture-Oriented, Well-Lead

      Pros

      It is SO great to be surrounded by super smart, friendly and engaged team who are passionate about the mission (giving everyone access to their DNA). Company is well led (founders are awesome, new CEO is exactly what we need) and well-funded.

      Cons

      It's a start up (albiet a well run one) that's growing incredibly quickly which means there's lots of opportunity but also the typical struggle to ensure that all the smart people we've hired are all on the same page, fully utilized and aligned.
