      Pros

      Helix is committed to transforming healthcare, and doing so with the highest of ethical standards. All decisions are heavily scrutinized based on how they may impact patients. The staff here really care about patient safety, privacy, and maintaining the highest standards in the industry. People here are passionate, hard working, and extremely nice. It's great to work somewhere with such a pleasant and dedicated staff. Pay and benefits are competitive.

      Pros

      Mission Driven, fast paced, collaborative teams, employees are appreciated, remote working capabilities for most roles (outside the Lab), competitive compensation package that includes equity, start up mentality (everyone eats from the same table), high performing and intelligent workforce, company is agile and able to pivot quickly, opportunities to grow, flexible PTO and great benefits package.

      Cons

      Stretch goals, often overwhelmed by the work load, small teams that are rapidly growing, many areas of the company are still in a "scrappy" place (including DEI initiatives).
