      Pros

      - Fast-paced environment that is growing quickly - Always a lot going on: as an employee, you can be a part of so many different projects and really make an impact - You are given a lot of responsibility and can really take ownership of a project

      Cons

      - Typical start-up issues: lots of systems yet to be put in place, such as HR systems, policies, etc. - Roles and responsibilities can change quickly as where you need to focus changes

      Pros

      - great mix of very smart people with a variety of backgrounds (consumer, science, operations, design, etc...) who are excited about sharing their knowledge and learning from you - little to no ego/ politics - team truly enjoy hanging out with each other. - mission has the potential to be transformative; everyone here is excited about what we're trying to accomplish - well-funded by top tier firms and backed by Illumina - all around, just fun to be at the office

      Cons

      - fast-moving with changing expectations - leadership expects a lot from its people
