      this company (Singapore branch) welcomes and fully embraces foreign talents. top and middle management are all foreigners

      Cons

      weak leadership on top and middle. I can see that the local-born employees (all levels) are marginalised. The foreign talents refuse to embrace the local cultures and practices thus creating a lot of friction amongst local-born employees.
