      Pros

      People on shop floor are nice.

      Cons

      Hr works for managers. No help for people. Hr does not do any investigation. Takes rumours and punishing people without asking if its truth. Team leaders Bullying people. APTIV should go and talk to people from shop floor to help them

      Pros

      Good level of individual responsibility - you often get to follow a product from the initial idea to finished product and plastic parts are quite quick to produce so you get to see many projects through, varying work - can be focused on design, materials, internal processes etc, good global collaborations

      Cons

      As a tier 1/2 sometimes you have to deal with tight deadlines and also build-to-print projects where a customer is responsible for the design.
