Nice place to work, but no personal development

Clean environment, good working relationships within departments, bonus and slightly above average salary.

Cons

No personal development plans at all. Training is actually a joke, with no follow ups or feedback from any courses. Management are too busy to care about employees personal development concerns.

People are very friendly, trainings are provided and opportunity to develope your skills in different areas of work place. They offerbonus scheme, company pension, xmas vouchers. Good place to work if u want to transition from a job to a career. The staff is very competent,they care a lot for their customer. Every single customer is unique and different but they manage to treat very nice each customer.People over there has patience and listen to your questions. Everybody tries to helps you.
