      The Best People

      Pros

      - Great environment; the people here have found the perfect balance of camaraderie alongside being hard workers and giving constructive feedback that pushes work forward and fosters career growth - Great NYC office in FiDi, the traditional start-up bennies (snacks, cold brew on tap, etc) - Work/Life balance is...balanced. There is a lot of work, but that aforementioned camaraderie brings it all together and we have fun and celebrate big wins.

      Cons

      - Some might say the company is TOO big? A lot of compartmentalizing/siloing between departments - Salary may be a tad low compared to the market
