Pay is low, box does not make up for it Micromanagement is key here, inexperienced managers throughout Hr is not there to help you, if you raise concerns about management, you will be put on a pip. Word of advice, record your private meetings with HR, you'll likely need it Procurement division is run by an inexperienced narcissist, managers play a game of who can suck up the most You will be expected to be on call 24/7, you will be punished if not okay with this

You get to work with lot of talented people. Cool office downtown with always plenty of food to eat. Egoless culture, no dress code

With the fast growth there is a lot going on and its important to be able to prioritize.
