Great people and culture, but poor work-life balance

- some of the best, kindest, and smartest people I've worked with. People care deeply about their work and the people around them. I don't think I can stress just how great the people are. - there is a push for continuous improvement in all aspects of the business so ideas at all levels are welcomed and encouraged. - CEO is one of the smartest, people driven leaders I've met. Strong understanding of the business and finances as a whole, as well as the people and culture. A game changer. - very positive space

Cons

- systems, process, and policies aren't integrated leading to manual work - the manual work leads to extra hours way outside of what would be considered reasonable - as a result work life balance is non existent - pay for performance culture but the overall compensation package and performance incentives falls way below market especially when compared to WLB - there is a large disconnect within leadership, where communication and decisions will vary depending on who you speak with, there isn't a unified front - intense working culture and expectations that often are not feasible to be met when compared against job descriptions -turnover is high which leads to teams playing short handed
