Hi, Thanks for your feedback! It's really valuable to us and important that we understand the feelings, opinions and experiences of everyone who works at HelloFresh. We are not sure how long you were working at HelloFresh, but there has been a considerable change as we've grown rapidly over the past year in Tech. We've made numerous changes which we feel should improve based on your feedback: - We've heard feedback regarding a need for more management, and have introduced the new management roles as an intermediary between our leads to assist with planning and management. - We've also got a lovely new office space at 38 Saarbrücker Strasse to foster our growth and leave plenty of room for more expansion. - One of our core values in Tech is Ownership - Thinking and acting like owners. We imagine constantly that we are the owner of the product/domain, act on behalf of the entire company and beyond our own teams. Part of regular reviews at HelloFresh constitute value-congruent behaviour, so we're surprised to hear you've experienced this! - We've benchmarked our salaries against the market rate in Tech here in Berlin and made a conscious effort to be above our competitors in this space.
