- an A-team! smart, committed and hardworking colleagues, from whom you get to learn a lot. many of them coming from top universities, only a very small %age of applicants get hired. - very high marketing budget to play with, challenging projects. a lot of responsibility is given from day 1, you really get the opportunity to prove what you are capable of. - career path - opportunity to advance your career within or outside of your team as this is such a fast-growing company. - fun and international atmosphere, team events, hungry friday, yoga, german classes, friday beers

Cons

- high responsibility sometimes mean high workload and pressure - if you are not passionate and not committed to go the extra mile, hellofresh may not be the right company for you - so many things are happening across the departments and in the different markets, it s sometimes hard to keep track of the main business initiatives. the company doesnt have an optimal communication structure.

Enough coffee to get you through the day and out the door. Discount on product is ok and there are snacks.

Cons

Pay is not worth the hours or workload. It's incredibly low compared to comparable positions elsewhere. Management is a mess.
