Responsibility from Day 1 Supportive senior management who are invested in your development Good salaries Like-minded, ambitious colleagues who love food and a good social occasion (of which there are many!) Wide ranging roles

Cons

As a fairly small company there is often only one person doing a role, meaning some people may be put off by the high level of accountability. However, it also really allows you to make your mark!
