Pros

70% off product so you're sorted for all of your healthy dinners. Everyone in the Customer Care team is really nice to work with

Cons

Lots of changes happening now that benefits the company but not the employees Pay is quite low compared to other similar jobs with other organisations

Pros

it's a second job. if you are an average employee you will go far because management wouldn't know a bad employee If it hit them on the head

Cons

worried about safety. micromanagement to the extreme. clients are given the old bait and switch and every other call (on a good day) is a complaint

Pros

Free fruit and breakfasts, huge discount on HF boxes, young and energetic team, laidback atmosphere. Monthly events and free booze! For a long time KPI and SLA targets were unachievable due to staffing and workflow but are now being reassessed.

Cons

No real progression or opportunities to gain more responsibility in the role. Senior management are young and lack experience. Same issues are often repeated without resolution. Staff not given enough constructive criticism.
