The pay was decent and the managers were generally nice. The work was very easy as a production assistant but just very repetitive over 10 hour shift. I also worked in QC which was slightly more involved work but still pretty easy.

Cons

They required masks and temperature checks for covid but nobody enforced the masks so most everyone would just take their masks down or be wearing them improperly. They also seem to be sleeping covid cases under the rug, I only found out that we had had many cases after a coworker got it and told me that they had a covid list. There had been several in just one day that went home positive and several more over a one week period that were suspected to have it. Another con for quality control would have been that they were severely understaffed but if they hadn't been so understaffed then the position would have been a lot better. It's also very cold so if that's something you can't handle then this is not the job for you. A ton of people would just walk out on their first day because it was too cold.
