It's a company that treats you fair

Pros

Generous PTO, great paid maternity leave, big company discount on many meal subscriptions, short-term disability, free health insurance option, 401K 4% 100% match, nice people to work with, not a lot of work (less burnout)

Cons

Frequent schedule changes, work can be repetitive (less challenges), no bonus and annual raise is little.
