We take feedback and the experience of our employees seriously and it is important to us that all team members have a positive experience while part of the FreshFam. We have recently developed a Manager Learning Journey for our managers to develop their skills. There are nearly 50 managers across our company participating in the cohorts, and the development of the curriculum, which includes trainings on hiring, coaching and managing difficult conversations, was a direct response to feedback just like yours. We are also improving the quality of training available to Brand Ambassadors with the use of our learning management system and video and in-person training. We also have a growing tech team that is developing ways to make the user experience even better for our customers, including when they sign up for our product with Brand Ambassadors.
