Long hours: work life balance is nonexistent. Terrible leadership from Richmond CA to NYC NY. Directors (or corporate) at all levels are not people friendly. Ensures to make employees lives more difficult, as it is a work first environment. Pay is low. Poor guidance from boss (not a leader model) Does not follow state and federal laws. Facilities work but corporate office does not work on the weekends. No assistant from corporate office.

Upper management has no fresh food experience and the pay is lower than the competition. Unorganized to the point every day is long and understaffed so management has to pick up the slack constantly. Don't plan on having a life outside here since the schedule is so unpredictable. Weekends are no longer yours either. The building is also refrigerated so you're cold all day.
