Pros

Flexibility, decent base pay, travel reimbursement

Cons

Company never follows through on promises or sticks to their word on relatively anything. Employees promised “retention bonuses” were never paid them, nor given any access to track sales or lifetime customer value. Schedules almost always come out one or two days before the week starts, so good luck planning anything. You are given one week of not hitting quota in a 4 week period. Miss your goal more than one of those weeks, you’re fired without question. Got scheduled at bad events that week and had no opportunity to present to anyone? That sucks for YOU. Policies are unclear and often left undocumented. 3 god awful mandatory three hour meetings per week where less is accomplished at than a fraternity house during syllabus week. Run far away from this company.

Thank you for taking the time to share this review, it’s great to hear that you were able to take advantage of our flexible scheduling and generous compensation and benefits packages available to our employees. While we try to release schedules with as much notice as possible, due to the nature of scheduling events, there can be last-minute changes to add more hours to each employee’s schedule. Our sales managers to strive to share the available shifts evenly throughout the sales teams, depending on one’s availability and preferences. We try to ensure that there are clear lines of communication between our sales operation and field sales teams. This includes providing as much information as we can about sales team strategies and compensation. We do this by hosting regular sales meetings and company all-hands meetings to update our sales teams on the business and we communicate regularly to our sales managers who can share information with their teams We set manageable sales goals for our Brand Ambassadors to meet on a weekly basis, and high-performing employees who meet these goals consistently are rewarded with generous sales commissions and development opportunities. Success in the Brand Ambassador position is a result of hard work, meeting these sales goals, and having a positive attitude. Brand Ambassadors that embrace this find long-term success at HelloFresh. While it sounds like there are some areas for improvement in your experience on the sales team at HelloFresh, we appreciate you sharing this feedback with us and we have passed it directly along to the sales leadership team here at HelloFresh.

Pros

There are a lot of good people that work here. Supervisors and leads are pretty good. They work with what they are given. Free snacks. Great price on boxes. System is very easy to learn. They are making an effort to build a culture there. I would recommend this job to college students looking to make money or just recently graduated, or someone that has a passion for food/cooking and can deal with customer service. Customers are not bad at all.

Cons

Repetitive work. While effort is being made, decisions are flawed. Location is in its infancy so there are a lot of clear growing pains. Incredibly high turnover. More than any call center I have ever been a part of. There is a reason for that. No real incentive. Current career ladder system is not incentive enough for the type of work that is expected. I have been a part of call centers that are ran much more smoothly with higher morale. Hopefully they get to this point in the future.

Pros

Discount on weekly box. Snacks. Coffee. Beer.

Cons

-Management is clueless and lacks experience. -Little room for growth unless they're in a panic because staff are leaving. -Compensation is not appropriate for the work -Management is not trustworthy and will say anything to use staff members. The lack of transparency is insulting, unprofessional and affects overall morale.
