      The ship is sinking, and the management is playing politics to please the president

      - Good Office Location - Urban Sport Club Membership / Office Gym - Hellofresh Box Discount

      Cons

      - Extremely toxic work culture - With teams in US, Designers in Phillipines and more engineers in Canada and Poland. It became a nightmare working odd hours and being on work calls at 7pm. - Now they have literally stopped/ restricted hiring in berlin, but relying on hiring in Poland instead. - The last 6 months have been horrible from a cultural stand point of view. Half of the office is either leaving or is burnt out, and team morale is at an all time low. And honestly the company doesn't care
