      Terrible management

      Nothing really even the pay was bad

      Cons

      Management was shady and terminated my position after I was sexually harassed. I should’ve sued the company but I was afraid to lose my job but I lost it anyway a couple months after they “promoted” me to keep me quiet about the SA

      Great company - Low growth

      Each team is focused on its own KPIs, meaning its hard to align on projects low personal growth Salary lower than the current market
