High turnover rate, terrible training, website/app will steal your sales in front of your face, poor communication, expect to get your schedule at the last possible minute

Competitive pay with room for bonuses, raises, and promotions Fully stocked kitchen Chefs test out recipes which you can try any time Optimistic, high-energy colleagues Flexible schedule (depending on your manager) A lot of team building, happy hours, events, etc. Coffee & beer on tap 20 days PTO Unlimited sick days Potential to work remotely some days depending on your department

Cons

Long 9-10+ hour days (depending on your department/manager/position you could do 7.5-8 hours no questions asked though) Scrappy start-up life = balancing several projects and wearing multiple hats (if you mind that)
