Cons

Culture was not a good fit for me, didn’t fit with leadership team. Unorganized, poor staffing practices.

The people here are great and the benefits are awesome.

Cons

No one but HR has the ability to increase employees compensation. Managers have no say in how much merit directs get at EOY. Things are always changing back and forth and everything is done off google sheets with no major tools for support.
