      Pros

      lots of different roles that can be challenging. good pay and fun work environment.

      Cons

      long hours or even short hours. very autonomous and repetitive. bad management and lack of cleaning.

      HelloFresh is an awesome company to work for

      Pros

      HelloFresh is a young company and this means that you can actually get things done. People are open to new ideas and are willing to try cool projects. My colleagues are all really kind and openminded. I've always felt like my contribution matters and my opinions are taken seriously. I've gotten several promotions within the company. There are also lots of nice perks like extra vacation days for every year you have been with the company and a discount on your HelloFresh box.

      Cons

      Because the company is young it can also sometimes be a bit disorganized. It might not be as efficient as a company that has been around for 50 years. I also think the salaries are not above average. Most people who have worked here for longer periods of time didn't stay for the money but for the enjoyable work environment
