Pros

The only good thing I can think of is the work schedule. 4 day work week is nice.

Cons

Everything! I work at the Newnan Ga facility. All I will say is GHETTO. I’ll start with the parking lot. It’s more so of a block party. Make sure you have car insurance. Lock your doors, don’t leave any valuables in sight. Windows will still get busted so just pray. There’s no SOP ( Standard of Procedures) so your basically on your own from day 1 Management and leads are incompetent, lack leadership skills, selfish, insecure, and jealous. You’ll never know exactly what’s going on because there is no clear communication. Management changes often. If you want to move up, kiss up to a lead. Everybody is a supervisor. They don’t do background checks ( yes the person next to you is a convicted felon) There was a fight last week between a worker and a member of management. There’s always police presence here but they are of no help. If you are in desperate need of a job, then apply but if you can go somewhere else I’d advise that. This place will test your mental!!

Pros

Exciting new company, excellent employee product discount, always a different work environment as you work on the road in your area, can be room for career and financial growth if conditions are right, good benefits package (health insurance w/ HSA/FSA, retirement, gas reimbursement), weekly pay schedule

Cons

Poor event booking, constant change of policies and compensation, commission-based pay which can be very tough, lots of employee turnover, constantly competing with online ads from your own company (ie, selling to a customer face-to-face only for them to find a better discount code online and losing a sale/commission that you worked hard for), constant product change and regular product quality issues leaving customers dissatisfied, no long-term customer relationship building which causes customers to cancel accounts as soon as discount runs out.
