      Good benefits, but must ride the rollercoaster of constant change

      -Good benefits like low cost healthcare, 16 weeks paid leave, sabbatical up to 12 weeks after 4 years

      Cons

      -Goals are unclear and constantly changing -Core business is declining so there's been small rounds of layoffs and a variety of measures to control costs and headcount

      Most coworkers are nice. Job isn’t bad

      Management shows favoritism. Management is terrible at their job. Hr doesn’t do anything because they also show favoritism.
