Hard to move up, though I’ve been in every department I’ve applied for NONE You have to know somebody who knows somebody ( Manager “messing” with HR or another Manager ) Company employees get treated like throw aways while temps get put on hold or leeway No growing opportunities People don’t come back because they get disrespected or moved around ALOT It’s cold, but we also aren’t given much to help that ( yes you can bundle up, but some days are 35 and some days are -1 so you really don’t know HOW to bundle up) Managers aren’t patient, easily influenced and frustrated

- not the highest salary - long working hours - high stress - could have more focus often driven by quickwins and not finishing projects
