Cons

Management is from Amazon. Safety is overbearing. Managers dont allow room for breaks. Poorly run. Bad time management. Everything is considered an emegency.

Pros

The benefits package is competitive, but the real deal is 75% off on hello fresh boxes. If it's a service you're likely to use it can have a huge impact on your food budget.

Cons

Very poor management system. Teams are consistently under-staffed with poorly trained or disengaged leadership. Interdepartmental communication is nearly non-existent, and the system of corporate incentives ensures a high compliance and low resource environment. Major changes to the business have been met with a severe lack of planning and communication time and time again over the last two years.
