-Great relationships with coworkers -- team building is important in company -Good compensation and benefits -HF family -Brand new facility -Fed free food often -Employee discount -Lots of engagement with upper management -New company w/ ability to grow and create new projects

Cons

-Long workdays (in early, out late) -Issues with holding associates accountable for attendance -Consistency/lack of communication -Startup feel -- behind in technology

Easy work, Terrible Oversight.

Pros

Good pay, Benefits are okay, other workers can make the day go by easier.

Cons

Co-Workers can be a hindrance or a nuisance, and even if you report them, nothing is done. Upper Management tends to shuffle people around because they made a mistake and didn’t delegate enough people to a line, and start pulling from other lines, and get upset when the pace slows down. They always assume the worst and do not engage with workers like they should be doing. The Line leads are expected too much of and a lot of the time communication is lacking from Area Manager to Line Lead to the point that some Line Leads don’t have anything they can say because they are afraid to say anything.
