The opportunity to travel to different events in your city is one of the highlights of being a member of our sales team, and gives you the unique opportunity to meet new people and discuss HelloFresh. We have implemented a number of ways for our Human Resources team to listen and receive direct feedback from Brand Ambassadors, including an anonymous comment box and surveys intended to learn more about your experience. We also encourage our team members to communicate serious issues directly to your local Human Resources teams. While it sounds like there were some areas for improvement during your tenure on the sales team, we appreciate you sharing this feedback with us, and we have passed it directly along to the sales leadership team here at HelloFresh.
