It’s excellent to see that you’re enjoying the fun environment at HelloFresh and working with your teammates on the sales team. Our Brand Ambassadors are the face and voice of HelloFresh to our customers and we care a lot about your experience as part of the FreshFam. While we try to release schedules with as much notice as possible, due to the nature of scheduling events, there can be last minute changes to add more hours to each employee’s schedule. Our sales managers to strive to share the available shifts evenly throughout the sales teams, dependent on one’s availability and preferences. We try out new events and locations all the time to see if they would be a good fit for sales, however, not all locations are a match and we use this data to make scheduling choices in the future. We try at as best we can to ensure all Brand Ambassadors are scheduled 40 hours of work per week, unfortunately there are times where this is not possible based on the availability of events.
