Currently almost 50 managers across our corporate and sales offices are participating in our Manager Learning Journey, a curated syllabus of training put together to share best practices on Hiring, Effective 1-to-1’s, Coaching, and Collaboration. This was built out to develop our managers into the best managers they can be for their teams, and help them become active listeners who will make positive change based on feedback. While driving to events to represent HelloFresh can be a requirement of the job, we gladly reimburse the cost of gas to accommodate this expense as well as providing the opportunity to sign up for to WageWorks, which may assist in covering the costs of your parking. At HelloFresh we believe it's super important to love where you work and being a Sales Manager gives you the opportunity to make a difference in our customers lives by changing they way they eat. It’s terrific to read that you are empowered to run your sales office in an entrepreneurial way with the support of training and development structures that our team has designed for you.
