Salaries for the Talent Acquisition function are not aligned with the market, in any of HelloFresh's territories. The roles in Talent Acquisition are only appropriate for fresh grads given the salary levels available. I spoke with several people in different geographic locations who confirmed they place little to no value in the talent acquisition function Dishonest hiring process - not a great idea to lie about salary levels during a recruitment process to a recruiter. We will see salaries when we come onboard and wonder why we are being paid so much less than our colleagues.
