We actively strive to promote from within and many members on our Senior Management and Executive Management Teams have grown with HelloFresh and have been promoted into their current leadership roles. Additionally, we're launching manager training cohorts, engagement tools for managers-direct reports, and other engagement programs for everyone. We are constantly making changes and improvements to our onboarding process, which we know is a critical first touch-point for individuals starting at our company.
