      responsibilities; being thrown into the deep end but being given enough support to deal with it; fun, uplifting environment; little hierarchies; everyone being super grateful for support rather than demanding; people & team are great

      slightly chaotic and you have to find your way through; lot of processes not established; things can change quickly but all this is better than never-changing routine

      Pros

      Incredible support, having worked in sales for overs 15 years this is the best leadership and support team that I have been around. Love the autonomy to run my own market but also the considerable guidance and experience to draw from. Amazing colleagues in other cities and a huge opportunity for growth! It’s been a blast so far!
