I guess nothing, Accpet a bi name on your resume.

Cons

Very cold temprature. I belive payment is not justified for the temprature. harsh and crtical polieis in attendance and sickness policies. Not following proper DNA's

Team members are great to work with. 4 out of 7.

Cons

Management will hire friends or love interests into roles. Nepotism is rampant. No respect for mental health of employees. Management has a real attitude of not listening to suggestions or ideas of hourly employees because they think they aren't smart enough to figure things out themselves.
