Pros

Everyone from leadership to front line staff care deeply about the people we serve. The leadership team and Board of Directors understand the importance of caring for and investing in team members who, in turn, provide high quality services to our clients. I've worked at Helping Hand for 2 years and continue to be impressed with the genuineness among coworkers at all levels of the organization.

Cons

Occasionally, we have tech issues that disrupt workflow but the agency is working to resolve this.
