Pros

Great Clients, families, and coworkers. Great place for recent grads (stay 2years MAX)

Cons

Low chance of promotion. Little pay even WITH Degree. Management is STUBBORN with new ideas. Staff frequently call off adding stress to committed staff. Turn over is typical with population.
