It's a hard job; I won't lie. It's a challenge. It requires a lot of patience.

Very rewarding job. Co workers are amazing.

Cons

Management is nonexistent and stucked in old ways of thinking. Has been on a pay freeze for over 2 years. No room for advancement. Since July 2015 over 80% of staff left
