I am heard and valued for my services. The people are great throughout the organization. Staff say hello and care about me. The pay is pretty high for this field. Company cares about the staff!

Cons

The work is hard but if you enjoy it it is rewarding.

Admin are great, willing to assist in anyway needed. Admin does their best to make teachers feel appreciated and valued.

Cons

Sometimes their can be a lack of communication about changes that affect the whole school, many times teachers are finding out from each other or rumor.
