Pros

There was nothing good about working at helping hand, they don't listen to their employees and they have no respect for the staff. The staff are the most important people at the company because they work with the clients. If there is no staff, there is no company.

Cons

There are no career opportunities and it's horrible horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible.

Pros

helping individuals with disabilities, you gain a lot a patience, you also work hands-on with clients. this job great for someone who is currently in school or some one who's looking for experience.

Cons

very stressful at times, low pay you make more working at MC Donalds, and extremely high turn over rate.

Pros

As my first job as a college graduate, I couldn't have picked any better of a place to work. Every day you feel as though you are doing good for the community by coming to work and helping the organization thrive and grow. You will never meet any more kind or encouraging staff memebers/coworkers. With the organization's continous growth, there is wonderful opportunities for everyone to excel in their careers. Great place to work. Good hours. Amazing staff. Wonderful cause.

Cons

Nothing really. Though that has been a lot of changes within the past year, with any major changes, there can always be growing pains. However, if you keep an open mind, a shift in the "norm" can be a good thing. That is most certainly the case for Helping Hand Center!
