Pros

Great Co-workers and smaller offices so you get to know everyone fairly quickly. Quarterly meeting with cash bonuses.

Cons

No work/life balance, you are expected to work Monday-Friday 10+hours, eat lunch at your desk and never take a break. Often worked 12+hours and Saturdays as well. Management expected more and continuously pushed for higher numbers, more hours etc. without giving the tools or assistance to complete tasks. Bought most of my office supplies while working there without being reimbursed. Also there is, as previously stated, a lot of favoritism, you can be a top performer and management will still reprimand and yell. You can also be a poor performer and get fawned over. The management needs better training and there is no room for the growth that they claim. Also, EVERYONE is on a different pay scale doing the same job and new employees are often paid more than the seasoned employees. Bonuses can not be relied on and raises are rarely given.

Pros

- The office co-workers/recruiters were awesome. If it weren't for them, I would not have stayed. Period.

Cons

- Training was terrible. Received two weeks of role playing on the phone. My regional mgr went on my first three appts and I was by myself after. - Seems like every employee has a different pay plan. - Commissions are terrible (don't rely on them) - Micromanaged from higher up - Unrealistic expectations (KPI's) on weekly basis as well as having the same type of activities for each market when they are all different. - NO JOB SECURITY, they will fire you without hesitation or disciplinary action if you give her the slightest bit of doubt. They will fire you even if your a producer which makes no sense. - Extremely high turnover - Terrible benefits. Paid $500/per month on the cheapest HMO medical - Unobtainable budgets that you have to meet - Constant changes within company as well as their expectations for you - Old school methods of sales training - They talk about advancement opportunities when in reality, the regional managers are doing the same job as the sales force and not actually managing.
