Pros

Health premiums completely covered for you and your family, company activities, maximum 40-hour work week (no overtime worked ever), 17 PTO days plus 11 federal paid holidays, hybrid work option.

Cons

Pay is a bit low, but it most likely is due to the fact that they cover your health premium 100%.

Pros

I am able to qualify for 401k + matching as a part time employee. Pay is good for me, not sure if it is up to the current area standard or not. Help when needed is just a phone call away but they are not on site to micromanage or nitpick.

Cons

I really don't have any cons.

Fantastic Company and Supportive Management

Pros

Company culture Benefits package PTO package Compensation Bonus programs I worked at Helpside for almost 4 years. The last 18 months of my personal life were very trying. It was because of the support of upper management, the payroll manager and team that I can say I have overcome the toughest challenges. They never gave up on me and always challenged me professionally. The skill set I developed while employed is proving extremely beneficial to my new employment.

Cons

Tough and stressful deadlines The lack of "team contribution" for the newer team members Finding work/life balance in such a deadline driven environment
