Pros

For the most part, everyone in my department was friendly and worked as a team. Facility is pretty new, so it was clean. We always had the necessary PPE in stock.

Cons

HR is terrible. They really need to be approachable, because they're not. This is the only company I worked for where the people at the front of HR are rude. Working in healthcare is stressful enough.

Pros

Depending on the unit: Unit director approachable. Most charge nurses and co-workers helpful.

Cons

HR generalist is extremely unprofessional and discriminates. Patient to nurse ratio high. They make you sign a hefty contract. If you break contract they threaten to send you to collections if you don't pay thousands of dollars within 30 days.
