Pros

This place sucks so bad that I genuinely cannot think of a positive thing to say.

Cons

Everything. Management is terrible, they can't keep anyone around. The pay is TRASH, the lowest paying hospital in the Valley, but they brag to us how busy we are. The pay sucks, the job sucks, the management sucks, the entire hospital sucks. Six people in the ER quit the same month that I did. There's a reason they can't keep anyone.

Pros

Great coworkers and teamwork, we band together to help each other

Cons

Cliquey upper management, the ER is at capacity with holding admitted patients so your ER side is overrun and it feels like you're treating a lot of patients out of the lobby. In the winter we have had like 90 holds with 140 in the department and we're only a 50 bed ER.
