- Some really great people at the lower level (atleast during my time at the company) - Great work life balance - clock-in / clock-out type of a place - Team in US were great to work with

- Poor company culture - claims of a great culture but management has a very old school traditional approach, dragged people into the offices during covid with little trust in their people. Enforcing archaic views and philosophies in the workplace. - Below industry average pay - while senior management flaunts wealth and class difference - Zero diversity at the senior management level - jump on the company profile and scan through

If you don’t run with the pack, they will make you want to quit or get rid of you…Hostile work environment! They just recently hired a guy with 0 experience because he is friends with a guy who’s been there 20 years!
