Was Great for a while....but then...

I worked there for almost 7 years and wanted it to be longer, but was later off during a slow end of the year. The only thing was the end of every year is slow. The new plant manager just didn't know or care that the slow is very temporary. The business picks back up each year. I learned a lot and got my foot in the door for a great future.

Cons

Management needs some actual managing. The pay needs to improve for salaried employees, floor people make more sometimes than salaried and have no responsibility.

They fire you on the second day for being late to their HR orientation. I had called to let them know I was going to be late because I was taking my gf to Emerg at the hospital.
