      Very good work environment. Small group on my shift. Only reason I left was yo join military

      Pros

      Small group environment and everyone helped when I first started. Overtime was available but not mandatory like my previous job.

      Cons

      I did not have any cons, I was a full time college student and working second shift and and supervisor was supportive.

      A Good Company to Work for

      Pros

      *Regarding work experience, it really depends in which group you are working. "If You are in the right group" working in this company would be very pleasant and satisfying. *Company's culture is good and most of the people are respectful. *The Alternative Work Schedule (AWS) during summer is very good. Every other Friday you would be off, however you need work 90 hours for two week to get the Friday off. *Acceptable work-life balance. *Pay is slightly above average.

      Cons

      *Paid vacation is less than other companies. For the first 5 years you would only receive 10 days of paid vacations and 15 days after that. *They still operate as a traditional company. Sometimes they can be very old school. *Most of the times you would see resistance for changes or development in current methods. *There is little to no investment in the employee in terms of career development and technical knowledge improvement. They are not very open to training or other learning paths that would cost them. * Sometimes you are not provided with all the necessary tools to perform your job. * They don't really care about efficiency in this company.
