Decent equipment, good drivers and people at the terminal level.

Cons

Vague goals with zero guidance in regards to attaining them. The yard posts for bonuses seemed to move further away every time they were within reach. Tons of drama going up and down the chain. Sixty to eighty hour weeks were the norm and were not even noticed or acknowledged by upper management. Zero loyalty to longtime employees.
