      For me it was the terminal location.

      Cons

      Once they acquired Miller Transportation, the whole business fell. Heniff do not care about their employees or O/O.

      Pros- alot of hours on the ISO side of operations. Pros- Good friendly dispatch on ISO side of operations

      Cons

      Alot of work available. Sometimes too much and hours are out of hand. Sometimes seems like all i do is work, sleep, and work. They are very picky about qualifications.
